More Plumbing Tips!

Here are a few more plumbing tips that could save you a bundle!

1.Inspect your home for slow leaks by taking a reading on your water meter before bedtime. The next morning, without using any water overnight, take another reading. If the reading has changed you have a leak that should be repaired. Call us right away.

2..Install flood alarms. Like a smoke alarm, a flood alarm is a battery-operated device that sounds an alarm when it comes into contact with water. It alerts you to potential flooding or leaks.

3. Check your sprinkler system to make sure there are no errant water discharges. Your lawn and wallet will benefit from repairing a leaky irrigation system.

  2. Being able to have a great looking sprinkler system seems like something that can be beneficial. That being said, it also is great that you mentioned to make sure to keep your system up to date. There are so many different things that can happen with these irrigation systems, and determining a problem can be a little difficult in the end.
